Introducing Private Coaching for women enrolled in the Outsmart Overeating Course or Membership Program. 

Many graduates of the Outsmart course have asked if I would offer individual coaching, and I am happy to announce that it is now available! 

Private coaching is a powerful addition to the Outsmart Program and provides support for both Outsmart students and women in the Membership program.

 The best results are achieved when you can incorporate your course learnings into your unique life with tailored support. 
You may want a few private sessions to help you move through a few personal barriers that seem to hold you back. 
For some of us, additional accountability makes a significant difference. Coaching offers a healthy dose of accountability and personal support.

With personalized coaching, you will receive a clear and actionable plan that aligns with your specific goals and values.   
We will explore your habits, challenges and mindset to create a new path forward. 
Throughout the coaching process, you will be supported, not judged, and will gain a deeper understanding of how to apply your new skills.  
Together, we will explore your beliefs and help you create new ways of thinking that resonate with you.  


What to expect from private coaching?

This coaching option is ideal if you are looking for something completely individualized and specific to your situation. 
 Each session will leave you with a plan of action designed to propel you forward in achieving your goals within the Outsmart Overeating Program.   

You will receive two focused strategy sessions, each lasting 45 minutes.  
In order to make the most of your time, pre-session homework will be assigned to ensure that each session is productive and impactful.   

The scheduling of sessions is flexible, allowing you to book them based on your needs and to stay motivated and on track with your goals.   
Additionally, a recording of each session will be provided so that you can revisit the valuable insights shared.   

How Private Coaching Works:

We begin where you are and where you want to go. 
Then we identify the gap between these two points and create a step-by-step plan to get you there.
I will offer suggestions and honest feedback. I will offer guidance and support you in creating a  realistic and manageable plan.
You decide when your sessions will be and the frequency that works for you.
 Private coaching sessions will be on Zoom. 
The sessions will be scheduled based on your availability and when you most require support or clarity. 


Frequently Asked Questions:

What if I want coaching but don't have a specify issue? 
No worries! We will use your session to deepen good habits and cultivate healthy brain changes. You will still get a lot out of your session. 

Do I need to be caught up in the Course for coaching to help? 
No. We will figure out what would be most helpful to you right now. You are exactly where you need to be.

Can I scheduled more than two sessions?
Yes, the coaching package is for 2-45 minute sessions. You are welcome to purchase another package.

Will this be like a therapy or counseling session? 
No. This is specific coaching to support you in Outsmart and Membership programs.  I will refer you to counseling if that is a better fit for your needs.

How long do I have to use the 2 sessions? 
They are valid for as long as you are a student or member. Once you are no longer active, they expire.
